Valerie and Craig’s wedding day at The Meadows in Stirling, Ontario was filled with genuine emotion, joyful laughter and the sweetest moments between the people they love most.

From the moment the ceremony began, it was clear how deeply loved these two are. Valerie walked into the celebration carrying a beautiful bouquet of soft white florals, with the biggest smile on her face. Across from her, Craig’s expression said everything—pride, excitement and so much love for the woman he was about to marry.

Their ceremony took place surrounded by the peaceful woodland scenery of The Meadows. The soft light filtering through the trees created such a romantic setting as Valerie and Craig exchanged their vows in front of their closest family and friends.

One of my favourite parts of photographing a wedding is watching the small, unscripted moments unfold. The smiles exchanged during the ceremony, the reactions from their guests and the quiet looks between Valerie and Craig were the moments that made their day feel completely personal to them.

A Relaxed and Meaningful Celebration

Valerie and Craig’s wedding was the perfect example of how meaningful a wedding day can feel when the focus remains on connection.

There was no shortage of laughter, emotion and heartfelt moments throughout the day. From the ceremony to their newlywed portraits and the celebrations that followed, they were surrounded by people who were genuinely excited to celebrate this next chapter with them.

Their day felt elegant without being overly formal, romantic without feeling staged and full of the genuine interactions I love to preserve.
